Premium cellar cooling system for a Hove-based pub

JS installation of a premium cellar cooling system for a Hove-based pub.

Using a premium Beer Master remote system, we helped the customer meet all their cooling requirements whilst also keeping the noise to the surrounding neighbours to a minimum. By having the compressor located inside the cellar, excess noise that would previously have been produced from a standard condensing unit is no longer being sent into the surrounding area, keeping beer cool and neighbours happy!

Bespoke chiller/freezer for local Golf Club

JS Provided a bespoke chiller/freezer suite for a local Golf Club. The room was previously full of stand-alone units, but with careful design and shelving we managed to triple the available storage.

We created an L shape chiller and a reach in freezer internally. Using a Box evaporator for maximum airflow in the chiller and a wedge evaporator in the freezer.

We worked closely with our coldroom builders to complete the job within strict time constraints. The rooms are served by low GWP, low energy JE Hall Fusion condensing units, with full digital control and LED Lighting.

The JS team helped this Harvey’s pub plan, design and install a brand-new freezer room in their outside compound after they were impressed with the quality and after-care of the fridge installation we carried out a few years prior.Featuring a JE Hall unit and low-profile Kelvion wedge evaporator, this installation has helped the pub expand their kitchen and allow for greater flexibility with their menu!
